Not going to lie, I love food. Cooking it, eating it, watching it being made. Just food, in all its glorious forms. I’m all about exploring the colours, tastes and textures through the presentation and combination of dishes from restaurants all over the world.
From London to Edinburgh and Sydney to New York, I’ve explored almost every type of cuisine out there. Savour the spices of authentic Thai food from the islands, chomp down on slow-cooked beef ribs during the Super Bowl in NYC or meander the streets of Spain sampling the myriad of tapas. Not every dish I’ve eaten has been delicious. So you’ll find impartial, independent restaurant reviews that tell it as it is. But whatever you do, open your eyes (and your tastebuds!) to new experiences.
UNITED KINGDOM
